Hard Time: Promoting HIV and Hepatitis C Prevention Programming for Prisoners in Canada

This report describes prison policies that enable HIV and HCV prevention and harm reduction, and documents best and promising prison HIV and HCV prevention and harm reduction programs. It seeks to promote greater collaboration at the federal/provincial/territorial level and to expand the scope of collaboration to include parties beyond government.
