While we recognize that HIV is a manageable chronic illness and that people living with HIV live long productive lives, the possibility of illness or death is a reality. In fact, it is a reality for everyone, not just people living with HIV. Planning ahead helps us to be prepared.
Legal information can help you understand the law and legal options, but it is general. Legal advice is specifically about your situation and can help you to decide what to do.
