Living well with hepatitis C or HIV co-infection requires that one learns how to navigate through the maze of services and negotiate with service providers. The BC Centre for Disease Control's Hepatitis Services has developed a workbook to help people prepare, practice and learn health negotiation skills. The book is a step-by-step self-learning guide to develop these skills and is available in English or French. A third version, developed with and for Aboriginal audiences, is now also available.
