Welcome to CATIE’s Ordering Centre!

The CATIE Ordering Centre offers hundreds of free HIV and Hepatitis C resources and tools from organizations across Canada, for use by people living with HIV and/or Hepatitis C and their caregivers, health care providers, AIDS service organizations and related front-line organizations across Canada.

Who can order resources from CATIE?

All resources are available free of charge to Canadian residents, and most resources are available for preview or downloading in the PDF format. If your computer is unable to read PDF files, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

CATIE is Canada’s National Knowledge Exchange Broker and distributor of HIV information to Canadians working in organizations that provide services to people living with and vulnerable to HIV. Resources distributed through the CATIE Ordering Centre provide a broad range of current, relevant and accurate resources which address the issues of HIV prevention, care, treatment and support for those working in HIV. Our on-line service is meant to facilitate access of front-line agencies across the country to self-select resources for their unique needs based on communities worked with and target audiences. How do I order publications?

• To browse resources by subject, use the Search function or click on each subject on the left navigation bar to browse our collection. You can also click on “All Products by Subject” at the bottom of the left-hand column to access all resources in the Ordering Centre collection.
• All publications that display an “Order” tab can be ordered.
• When you click on the shopping cart icon, one copy of this publication is automatically placed in your shopping cart. To order more copies of the same publication, type the number you require in the box provided.
• Once you have finished your selection, click “Checkout” in the bottom right corner of the screen. You will then be taken to the Checkout Personal Info page.

Are there any limits on quantities I can order?

Please note that there may be limits on quantities of materials based on availability, type of resource, and their intended target audience.

What about my privacy?

• All personal information collected through on-line orders is erased by our distribution centre on a bi-weekly basis.
• All items are shipped in a plain brown envelope. There is no indication that the envelope or box has come from CATIE. The only return address printed on the envelope is St. Joseph Communications.

Who pays for shipping?

• CATIE currently sends items within Canada at no charge using the least expensive form of shipping.

How quickly will I get my order?

• Within 10 business days
• Shipments leave CATIE’s distribution centre within 2 business days. Arrival at your site will depend on the location and carrier selected.
• Please plan ahead. CATIE cannot guarantee delivery of orders under 10 business days.
